Return & Cancellation Policy

At The Clean Chemist, your satisfaction matters to us. While most of our sales are final due to the nature of our handcrafted products, we’re happy to assist in the event of a product issue.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only in the case of:

  • Damaged items upon arrival

  • Poor quality or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Submit clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items to TheCleanChemistSoap@gmail.com.

  • Items must be returned in unused condition and arrive back to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.

  • Used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before the order has shipped.
Please email your cancellation request to TheCleanChemistSoap@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Errors & Lost Packages

  • Orders lost due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses entered by the customer will not be refunded or replaced.

  • Packages that are refused or not picked up will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

  • If your package is lost in transit due to a carrier error (not related to an address issue), you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
